Gusta Timmermans, Founder
With years of experience in the staffing industry, as co-owner of a recruitment and selection agency, and her role as head of recruitment at ING Netherlands and ING worldwide, she has developed into a true expert in her field.
In 2018, she started her strategic advisory firm, Recruitment Builders, to advise organizations on hiring and retaining staff. She also authored two books: “199 Questions for a Successful Selection Interview” and in 2021, “Handbook of Recruitment and Employer Branding.”
