Following a validation study conducted by researchers from Amsterdam UMC, Voice Your Future introduces the world’s first voice assessment. Researchers from Amsterdam UMC have found positive results regarding the reliability and accuracy of our voice assessment. The key research findings include:
- Science and Voice Analysis: Recent developments in voice analysis indicate that this technique has the potential to predict various psychological and behavioral characteristics. A literature review identified 13 relevant scientific studies supporting these applications. Studies point to correlations between voice measurements and personality traits. Researchers from Amsterdam UMC see possibilities for applications of voice analysis in both clinical and non-clinical settings such as human resource management.
- The reproducibility of voice analysis assessments was up to 92% identical in multiple tests under different conditions with a baseline chance of reproducible results of 11%.
- Users are very satisfied with the usability and insights of the voice assessment developed by Voice Your Future and found the results accurate. Users indicate that traditional assessments based on long questionnaires are time-consuming and prone to bias. Voice assessments therefore offer a promising new objective approach.
- Researchers have also provided some development points regarding the usability of the voice assessment, which Voice Your Future has already addressed.
